I want to first thank David at https://chapeblog.wordpress.com for honoring studiotj with this award.  As I have mentioned before, his blog is centered on personal fitness and we all need to visit his site frequently…(I’m at least speaking for myself on that one).  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Studiotj got started as a way for me to put a positive spin on some of the topics that interests me.  I wanted to post various things and not always focus on the most negative aspect of everything.  Enough about me.  My advise to others who want to start a blog is to: 1.) Just get started and 2.) REMEMBER:  WORDS ARE POWERFUL!  3.)  Use that power wisely!  There are so many people that I want to give this to but these are the ones that come to mind.  MUCH LOVE!!!
