In a post that I published a week ago on March 3, 2016, the two officers seen in the video have been charged. The incident happened at Reach Partnership School, a middle school in Baltimore, Maryland. A police officer was caught on camera slapping and kicking a student.  At the time of the post, the head of the Baltimore school police force and the two officers seen in this video were placed on administrative leave. Since that time, charges have been filed.

Anthony Spence 44, was charged Tuesday with 2^nd degree assault, 2^nd degree child abuse by a custodian, and misconduct in office. Saverna Bias, 53, who can also be seen in the background of the video as the child was being assaulted, has been charged with 2^nd degree assault and misconduct in office.

According to Baltimore Police Department spokesman TJ Smith, charges were filed after the Special Investigation Response Team investigated this incident.

“The team conducted interviews and gathered evidence related to this case. They consulted with the Baltimore State’s Attorney’s Office after they concluded their investigation. Charges were prepared and filed with the commissioner yesterday evening,” Smith said.

included in the charging document was information that “, a witness told investigators that Bias told her colleague he should smack the teen “because he’s got too much mouth.” Apparently, Spence then hit and kicked the young man. Police also indicated that Spence was not acting in reasonable self-defense or attempting to make an arrest.  Cellphone videos to the rescue…… again!

If this were my child in this video, I would be in some very serious trouble.  In life we are taught to be law-abiding and for the most part, I think most people are.  But… after seeing this disturbing video, God himself would have to grab and restrain me from reaching out to touch this particular officer in some manner.

Okay, before I get too far ahead of myself, let me give you more information.  At Reach Partnership School, a middle school in Baltimore, Maryland, a police officer was caught on camera slapping and kicking a student.  At this time, the head of the Baltimore school police force and the two officers seen in this video are on administrative leave.  This action was taken after the video became public.  No word yet as to what happened prior to the physical altercation but I can assure you that attorneys are lined up to try to represent this young man.  The teen and his parents are being represented at this time by attorney Lauren Geisser.  Reports indicate that Geisser said she has documentation identifying the teen as a tenth grader at the school.  Further reports indicate that the student suffered face and rib injuries as a result of this assault by the very unprofessional cop.  Geisser has been quoted as saying “the boy had a right to be at the school where he was an enrolled student.  With respect to refusing to leave the school, the student didn’t want to leave the school where he had a right to attend.”

“I am completely appalled and disappointed by what is depicted in the video,” the school system’s CEO, Gregory Thornton, said in the statement. “Our school police officers are entrusted with ensuring the safety of our students and staff, and I know that most of them take this job seriously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The behavior in the video is completely unacceptable.”

“OH WHAT A TANGLED WEB WE WEAVE…..”

 

I think we have all heard the Walter Scott quote that says “oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.” This quote really rang true recently in New York. According to police reports, 17 year old Zachary Sam met Phillip Pierre online regarding the purchase of a pair of Jordan Retro 8 sneakers. The two met and Sam got into Pierre’s vehicle. Sam allegedly pulled out a gun and stole the sneakers from Pierre and then walked away. Apparently adrenaline kicked in and 39 year old Phillip Pierre made a U-turn, and struck the teen with his Honda Pilot. The teen was pinned against the fence and his right arm was completely severed.

The teen tried to jump on an oncoming bus. As Sam got on the bus, he was yanked off by Pierre but managed to get away. Zachary Sam escaped the grasp of the elder Pierre and ran home where he collapsed.

Sam and his severed arm were taken by ambulance to the hospital where he is in stable condition. No word yet as to whether his arm was able to be attached.

Pierre, on the other hand/arm (pun intended) has been arrested for attempted murder. It is going to be interesting to see whether Pierre will be convicted of this crime. I’m sure that there are arguments on both sides but personally I feel that this man should be set free.

I’m sure that attorneys are lined up at the door of the teen Zachary Sam to say that the punishment does not fit the crime. I beg to differ. I think that Pierre definitely acted in the heat of passion even though this teen was no longer a threat to him. Pierre had just been robbed and the problem for him is that he took matters in his own hand instead of getting the cops involved. How many of us would have acted the same given the circumstances? Let me know your thoughts on this one. It is certainly going to be the topic of conversation for a while.

Is a pair of Air Jordan’s worth all of this unnecessary drama? I think not.

WIFE STEALS PATROL CAR WITH HUSBAND HANDCUFFED IN BACK SEAT

A lot of people do dumb things but this woman has really taken dumbness to the next level. Amber Watford was taken into custody after she stole an Alaskan State Trooper’s patrol car in which her husband was in custody. How much dumber can you get?

The 28 year old, Amber Watford, allegedly slipped into the patrol car while the apparent inattentive officer was engaged with a passing motorist. The officer certainly has some responsibility in this as well.

The Associated Press reports that after Josh Watford, Amber’s husband, was placed in the back of a patrol car, a passing motorist hit up the arresting officer for some aptly-timed small talk. With the officer’s attention diverted elsewhere, Amber hopped behind the wheel and sped away.

The car was located by authorities not far from where it was stolen in Big Lake, a tiny community of approximately 3500 people which is approximately 65 miles northwest of Anchorage, Alaska. According to reports, the Watfords were arrested the following day in a home about 45 miles north of Anchorage in Wasilla.

A lot of people wonder about the younger generation. Take a look at the actions of some of their parents. Hopefully these two…… do not have kids.

WENDY’S EMPLOYEE ARRESTED FOR INDECENCY

It is never good to argue with people in a place where you are ordering food.  Too often, there are those who are so evil that will do just about anything to get revenge on another person.  My position has always been that if there is any type of disagreement with anyone at an establishment, especially where I am eating, I will leave immediately and cancel that order.  Loyal reader A. Renae sent me the following article from News8.com:

News 8 –  A Maryland woman, Lakisha Hunter, was arrested and led away in handcuffs after arguing with customer Lashay Jones over their child’s father not coming to see the baby. Hunter then went to the back of the restaurant and used discharge from her vagina to place the mayonnaise on Lashay’s bacon cheeseburger deluxe.

Apparently the two women, who share the same father, have been at each other’s throats for a while. Lashay claims she had Lamont first and Lakisha ruined her family. Lakisha’s coworker, who chose to remain anonymous, is the one who told the manager that she witnessed Lakisha add her “special sauce.” Lashay was admitted to Prince George’s Hospital after digesting the burger.

As Lakisha was led away in handcuffs, she released a statement to reporters: “I told that ho to quit playing with me! She said extra mayo so that’s what she got, now ask that b*tch what p**sy taste like.” Lashay plans to file a civil lawsuit against Lakisha as well as Wendy’s, she is asking for $5 million in damages. Lakisha is being held at the P.G. County Jail on a $50,000 bond.

 

 

FOUR STUDENTS HACK BOY WITH MACHATE – BURIES HIM ALIVE

I got the following article from Daily Mail.com website and this crime is simply atrocious.  There is not a punishment good enough for these monsters who took the life of this young man.  The fact that they lured him into the woods and began to cut him up was bad enough but they then…. buried him alive.  I have no more words…  Check out the article below:

Four Miami, Florida students allegedly hacked a 17-year-old boy to near death with a Machete then buried him alive before two of the teens had sex near the grisly scene.

Desiray Strickland, 18, was arrested on Wednesday making her the fourth suspect charged in the killing of Jose Amaya Guardado, 17, on June 28.

Kaheem Arbelo, 20, Jonathan Lucas, 18, and Christian Colon, 19, confessed to the murder last week following their arrest, said Miami-Dade police. 

Arbelo is a suspected drug dealer at the school. Police expect to arrest a fifth in conjunction with the killing.

Jose Amaya Guardado 17, killed

The Miami Herald likened the arrest report to a scene from the novel Lord of the Flies in which a group of teenagers hunt each other like animals.

The report states that at one point Strickland became angry at the other suspects when they started allegedly hacking the boy to death without her.

She, ‘complained that she had missed the first series of machete strikes because she had walked away for a few minutes to urinate in the woods,’ according to the arrest report.

‘The victim made one last attempt to fight off the attackers,’ a detective wrote, ‘at which time, (Arbelo) struck the victim with the machete several more times until the victim’s face caved in.’

Police say that after the students buried Guardado that Strickland stayed behind with the supposed ringleader of the group Kaheem Arbelo to have sex near the murder scene before going back to the Homestead Job Corps school campus.

Authorities say the students are a part of a known group of bullies at the live-in school and vocational training program run by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Arbelo is an alleged school drug dealer and attack is thought to have stemmed from a debt owed to Arbelo from Guardado.

The school is a program aimed at helping students get high school diplomas along with teaching them skills like masonry and office administration.

‘Safety and security is our top priority,’ said a labor department spokesman.

‘Steps already have been taken to strengthen security at the Homestead center, and Job Corps is reviewing safety and security at all its centers,’ said spokesman Stephen Barr.

Barr said he was ‘deeply saddened’ by the death and would be offering counseling for students.

Jose went missing on June 28 and was found in the woods days later by his brothers who saw two feet in a burned area, reports The New York Daily News.

‘The body was unrecognizable and decomposed,’ cousin Ana Morales wrote on a family fundraising page.

‘His brothers could not resist to see the body. They were crazy with grief hoping it was not Jose.’

Arbelo, Lucas and Colon confessed on video to the killings, but Strickland was not cooperative.

She tried to pick her handcuffs off with screw from a nearby electrical outlet and also head butted an officer.

She etched, ‘MPD Go to Hell’ on the table in the interview room, say police.

Guardado is described as being a shy and ‘peaceful young man.’

‘A crime is bad, but what Jose suffered was horrible,’ wrote his cousin Ana Morales. 

 

THE POOL PARTY PROTESTS HAVE BEGUN…

Cops and their mistreatment of African-Americans have again taken center-stage.  This time the stage has been set in McKinney, Texas.  More recent incidents have occurred in Baltimore, Maryland and Ferguson, Missouri.  Even though this incident did not involve another African-American killed by the police, the abusive behavior that was displayed has caused protests to begin. “Call my momma!”  were the screams that could be heard  from a black teenage girl who was being pinned to the ground by a white police officer.  Moments earlier he had drawn his handgun on other black teens. “On your face!” were the words that the officer yelled at the bikini-clad girl.  As seen in the the videos below, the officer 41-year-old David Eric Casebolt who joined the police force in August 2005, only targeted the black teens. Casebolt has been placed on administrative leave but a number of legal analyst have indicated that there is legal trouble ahead for Casebolt and the McKinney Police Department. Quite frankly, they need to start with a mental evaluation of this officer. TEXAS POLICE OFFICER SUSPENDED: ATTACKS BLACK TEENS AT POOL PARTY

This cop need to be FIRED for the way he treated these teens.  The fact that cellphone cameras are now catching some of these incidents on film is helping to expose some of the injustices that have long been taking place.

This cop acts like he is in a movie and showcasing how to mistreat blacks when responding to a call.  McKinney police have placed this officer on administrative leave for the inappropriate handling of this incident.  The officers name has yet to be released.  This incident at the Craig Ranch North Community Pool has indeed created a buzz on social media.

According to police spokeswoman Sabrina Boston, the incident involved “multiple juveniles at the location, who do not live in the area or have permission to be there, refusing to leave.”   She indicated that additional units were dispatched to the scene after the first officers to arrive “encountered a large crowd that refused to comply with police commands.”

“Several concerns about the conduct of one of the officers at the scene have been raised,” Conley said. “The McKinney Police Department is committed to treating all persons fairly under the law. We are committed to preserving the peace and safety of our community for all our citizens.”

The video that has been posted by a number of individuals on Youtube, shows the now suspended officer very aggressively handling a young 15 year old girl in a bathing suit and throwing her to the ground.  This is definitely not the last time you’ll be hearing about this incident.  When will it end?

MISSING BOY FOUND IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS

Ok, I realize that I haven’t posted in a while. As a matter of fact, it’s been a long while. When I actually saw how long a span it has been, I really couldn’t believe it. Several people have sent me things to post and I haven’t posted any of them. One story came from A. Renae and it is one that I was going to post anyway. This is old news but in all actuality, any story that you read is old news. lol
There are some sad, sick people out in this world. Some of the things that people do amaze me to absolutely no end. The bright side is that mother and child are sure to have the happiest Christmas ever Consider the following story written by:

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — A boy who was reported missing about four years ago was found in a Clayton County home Friday night.

Five people were also arrested at the house in the 800 block of Duke Court in Jonesboro,

Clayton County police were first called to the home shortly before 11 p.m. to perform a welfare check. Police Sgt. K.T. Hughes said the people inside the house denied knowing anything about a possible victim. Investigators searched the home, but didn’t find anything.

The police department received another call from the home a short time later, so officers returned to the location. As they searched the house, the missing boy was able to call his mother, who then told the police her son was hidden behind a false wall, Hughes said. Investigators found the boy behind the wall.

The five suspects were charged with obstruction, false imprisonment and cruelty to children. More charges are pending. Their names have not been released.

Hughes said the victim’s mother, who lives in another state, traveled to Georgia to see her son. They were reunited Saturday morning.
