This is the most poignant video ever. It was posted on on 3/14/2014 and loyal reader A. Renae just brought it to my attention. This is what love is all about. A lady had cancer and what her friends did really put everything into perspective. Watch it for yourself.

Billy Dee Williams is now 76 years old and it’s going to be interesting to see how he does. Also, Ne Ne Leakes is a former stripper and I’m certain that she’s got the moves.
There is a catch this season. During the DWTS season, the stars will swap partners and it’ll be up to America to decide who ends up together.
The just-announced contestants will join judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman, as well as host Tom Bergeron and new co-host Erin Andrews for Season 18.

I recently read an article where Patti Labelle was talking about how loosely the term “diva” is used nowadays. I was sent this video by a loyal reader and it made me think about those comments. This is what a real diva looks like. Diana Ross always does things B I G ! ! ! If you’ve ever seen her in concert, you know what I mean. Not only does she put on a good show, she puts on a fashion show as well. Perhaps that’s why she’s called the boss.

You’ve got to watch this unbelievable supermodel engagement proposal fake photo shoot.

This doctor went all the way out for his marriage proposal to the love of his live. This is one day that his fiance’ will never forget. As much as she was surprised by the proposal, she really was taken aback when she learned that the entire photo shoot was staged.
I don’t really think she liked that part of it. But I think she got over it as the whole thing sank in. This is really cool.
I hope all of you have a HAPPY VALENTINES DAY. I Love You!

Today is the 60th birthday of Oprah Winfrey, truly an icon. Just in case you don’t know who she is, you’ve apparently been living under a rock on Mars. When she turned 50, she had a big televised black-tie affair. According to sources, the billionaire (with an estimated net worth of $2.9 billion) will have a low-key 60th birthday at home in California on Wednesday.
For years, I have watched her administer her own brand of magic on this world. She is electrifying, poignant, inspirational, and funny all at the same time. She runs her own cable TV channel, the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), in partnership with Discovery Communications Inc. She has been a mentor and a support system to many over the years including the likes of Tyra Banks and even President Obama. Though I have been inspired by Oprah over the years, I want you to hear her tell of how she was inspired and who it was that inspired her. HAPPY BIRTHDAY OPRAH!!!

Tyra Banks keeps expanding her brand. She’s stepped her modeling game up and expanded it to another continent. Check out the article from below:

*It’s about time someone recognizes the beautiful women overflowing in Africa.

Tyra Banks is pioneering her reality show in the Motherland with “Africa’s Next Top Model.”

The expansion is the fourth branch of her highly successful franchise. And so far, Tyra’s tapped Nigerian model Oluchi Onweagba Orlandi to serve as the host and co-producer.

“The African version of the franchise is long overdue and I expect the show to be a smashing success across the continent,” Oluchi said in a release.

Tyra also expressed her excitement for the new show via Twitter:

Twelve lucky beauties will be selected from eight countries throughout Africa, and like the American version, the ladies will compete in a number of photo shoots and challenges over the course of 10 episodes to see who makes it to the top.
