LOVE ISN’T LOVE…

…”til you give it away!  I’ve always loved this quote and am posting it to remind others to give away some love to someone as soon as you can.  It can be as simple as a phone call, an email, a smile, a kind word, or some other simple kind gesture.  in my case, I will soon be giving away some love to a few of my wordpress friends.  Just yesterday, studiotj received another award and this one was from Chape Personal Trainer and is called the Blogger Recognition Award.  https://chapeblog.wordpress.com/2016/03/25/recognition-awards/

Chape’s blog is a great site that is always giving great tips on ways to workout.  Don’t we all need that?  I can speak for myself and say YES!!!
