WORKOUT WEDNESDAY: THE WATER CONNECTION

This is one of the components that a lot of us miss when it comes to working out.  I’m posting this as a reminder not only for others but to myself as well. Water has many other benefits:

1.) It helps to remove toxins from the blood which helps to clear your skin.

2.) It helps to boost your metabolism (drinking 16 ounces of chilled water can boost your metabolism by 24% in the morning).

3.) It helps to balance your lymph system.

4.) It helps to purify the colon (especially when you drink it on an empty stomach).

I think I’m going to have some water right now.  Will you join me?
